Project Overview

Worked as a Lead Motion Designer at growth marketing agency Bamboo where I focused primarily on the Thuma account.

Integrated motion graphics with growth marketing to enhance advertising performance across search and social platforms, leveraging real-time data for creative optimization.

Problem

The main goal was to enhance
CTR + CPP on paid social by improving ad content and optimizing campaigns.

  • Develop a feedback loop for creative adjustments based on performance analytics.

  • Align creative output with evolving market trends and campaign objectives.

  • Sustain growth through scalable and efficient marketing strategies.

  • Strategize and scale creative pipelines to support campaigns with over $400K in monthly ad spend

The Solution:
Iterative Design process capturing creative wins that meet media needs.

I created a high volume of video and static ads across paid social, managing ongoing creative refreshes to maintain a balance of new and evergreen content.

This included:

  • Crafting visually compelling ads bespoke to each platform
    (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube)

  • Maintaining brand consistency across creative assets

  • Establishing a rapid iteration process based on A/B testing and performance feedback

  • Led creative strategy grounded in creative quant data, aligning production with spend efficiency goals for high-volume campaigns

Produced high-volume media campaigns across search & social channels.

Supported Thuma through multiple product launches and channel expansions.

Strategized bespoke content to best fit each of our individual campaign channels including UGC videos.

  • Continuously created top-performing Hero content for evergreen creative campaigns— often with over 1% CTR.
